Body BioPhysics Ltd provides private chiropractic care, structural bodywork, functional health optimisation, and related wellness services.
All services are provided by qualified practitioners and are intended to support health and wellbeing. Our services do not replace emergency medical care, GP care, or specialist medical advice where appropriate.
Dr Louise Chiasson-Baxter currently provides consultations primarily through private home visits and selected concierge arrangements.
Appointment availability is subject to practitioner availability, travel logistics, and location.
Minimum appointment durations and travel charges may apply.
Fees for consultations, treatments, reports, administration, and travel will be communicated prior to booking where possible.
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to charge late payment fees or suspend future appointments where invoices remain unpaid
Where applicable, Body BioPhysics Ltd may bill private medical insurers directly on behalf of patients. However:
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full, including insurance-billed appointments, as appointment time has been reserved exclusively for the patient.
Patients are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical information, including current diagnoses, medications, and relevant medical history.
Body BioPhysics Ltd is not responsible for complications arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by patients.
